What the role is
What you will be working on
- Account for and maintain all the equipment and tools managed and operated under your charge
- Ensure compliance with safety, security and fire precautions
- Provide effective support and guidance to the personnel in the operations
- Supervise, appraise, develop and motivate subordinates in order to derive optimal performance
- Plan the training programme for the personnel under your charge to ensure operational proficiency for the work centre's effectiveness and responsiveness
Challenge(s)
- Assisting the Officer-in-Command in ensuring all 24/7 COMCEN related job requests are completed within the agreed timescales
What we are looking for
- Education in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Logistics and Finance, preferably in the area of audit checks
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to unlearn and relearn
- Good organisational awareness
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Resourceful and problem-solving skills
