What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing Public Feedback: Take charge of addressing public feedback and inquiries (via EFMS/ECMS) related to vehicle enforcement, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
Collaboration with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with various internal departments (like CPN, GII, IDS) and external agencies (including SPF, ICA) to address vehicle enforcement challenges and create effective solutions.
Reporting & Analysis: Gather, analyse, and present vehicle enforcement statistics in comprehensive reports to support decision-making and improve our operations.
Contract Management: Assist to review contractor performance through audits and monitoring, ensuring all agreements are met and projects are delivered on time.
Secretariat Role: Provide crucial administrative support for meetings, managing documentation and agendas to ensure smooth discussions and outcomes.
SOP and Documentation: Contribute to the formulation and improvement of SOPs, ROEs, and ISO documents, streamlining administrative processes.
Driving Productivity: Lead productivity initiatives to optimise operations and reduce reliance on manual processes, driving efficiency across the Division.
What we are looking for

Knowledge: Any discipline, with a preference for backgrounds in Communications or Business Management
Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the service industry.
Skills: Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills that allow you to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
Self-Starter: Motivated and independent, with the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to handle day-to-day tasks with ease.
