What the role is
Reporting to the AD/Audience, Communications & Digital, you will spearhead digital marketing strategies, develop partnership opportunities and drive engagement through digital platforms to drive visitors to the museums.
What you will be working on
Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated audience engagement campaigns
Lead digital strategy and paid media initiatives
Build and manage strategic partnerships
Drive content strategy and ensure brand consistency
Oversee digital platforms, including website and social media
Manage analytics and performance tracking
Lead/support budget planning and resource optimisation

- Ability to translate marketing efforts into measurable institutional outcomes
- Experience in budget optimization and key performance metrics including:
- Cost per acquisition/visitor
- Campaign ROI and attribution
- Engagement rates and digital reach

- Experience in using data to inform strategic decisions
- Understanding of audience segmentation and its impact on campaign planning

Digital Marketing and Technical Expertise
- Proven track record in digital marketing and campaign management
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics)
- Knowledge of CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS
- Experience in managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Understanding of current digital trends and best practices
Project Management
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Budget management experience
- Problem-solving capabilities
Partnership and Stakeholder Management
- Excellence in relationship building and maintenance
