What the role is
What you will be working on
Manage end-to-end billing processes and ensure timely invoice generation
Manage GIRO collection processes and monitor payment reconciliations
Prepare and analyse financial reports for management review
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audit exercises
Drive system enhancement initiatives to improve financial processes and controls
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement financial system improvements

What we are looking for
Qualification in Accounting related
At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
Prior experience in the finance department of a Statutory Board or similar Government-related entity is highly desirable.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
A proactive, improvement-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
This is an 11-month contract position.
