What the role is

The role is an individual contributor, assisting in the facilitation of change management initiatives within the organisation. The primary responsibility is to support the planning, implementation, and sustainability of changes by helping to coordinate and support the execution of change management initiatives, maintain documentation, and assist with stakeholder engagement initiatives.

What you will be working on

Role Overview: This role will support digital transformation through change management and stakeholder engagement. The individual will assist in the facilitation of change management initiatives, to support stakeholder adoption of new processes, systems, and organisational structures by working alongside the team and various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Change Implementation Support • Assist in executing established change management strategies and plans • Support the assessment of change impact on organisational processes and systems • Help monitor potential risks and contribute to developing mitigation strategies • Maintain documentation and tracking of change management activities Stakeholder Support and Communication • Support stakeholder engagement activities and help maintain stakeholder relationships • Assist in implementing communication strategies for various target audiences • Help coordinate and deliver training sessions for impacted stakeholders • Support the development and distribution of change management materials and resources • Assist in conducting stakeholder readiness assessments and compile findings • Help identify areas requiring additional support or intervention Project Coordination • Provide administrative and coordination support for change initiatives • Help track change management progress and maintain change management documentation • Support the collection and analysis of feedback from stakeholders Assist in preparing progress reports and updates for key stakeholders

What we are looking for

• 2 to 3 years of experience in change management, project coordination, or a related field, with experience in supporting change initiatives • Experience in supporting the implementation of change management activities and maintaining related documentation • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively relay messages and coordinate with various stakeholders • Good analytical skills, with experience in assisting with impact analysis and data collection • Experience in coordinating training logistics and supporting training delivery • Familiarity with public sector processes would be beneficial Candidates are encouraged to sign up for a Careers & Skills Passport (CSP) account and include your CSP public profile in your resume. About SkillsFuture Singapore

SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) is a statutory board under the Ministry of Education (MOE). It will drive and coordinate the implementation of the national SkillsFuture movement, promote a culture and holistic system of lifelong learning through the pursuit of skills mastery, and strengthen the ecosystem of quality education and training in Singapore. SSG will strengthen the adult training infrastructure by taking on all existing functions of the Committee for Private Education (CPE) and guide the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) to enhance the capabilities and professionalism of adult educators. SSG will play a key role in the quality assurance for private education institutions and adult training centres. Together with educational institutions and training partners, SSG will ensure that students and working adults have access to high quality, industry-relevant training throughout life. SSG will also bring together synergies in continuing education and training (CET) and pre-employment training (PET), so skills requirements will continue to meet the demands of different sectors of the economy.
