What the role is
This role is offered as casual employment under a Contract for Service arrangement.
What you will be working on
• Provide personalised service to manage members’ enquiries on CPF schemes and services over the phone or via email.
• Attend necessary trainings/ briefings to update agents on upcoming changes.
What we are looking for
• Proficiency in multiple languages or dialects would be advantageous.
• Strong writing ability would be advantageous
• Positions are based at CPFB Tampines building (Call Centre Agents) and CPFB Novena Office Tower (Correspondence Unit Agents)
• Monthly schedule requiring several days of engagement, with a minimum one-year commitment.
Training will be provided and would be conducted at CPFB Novena Office Tower for 10 days
