What the role is

We are seeking an experienced and dynamics Admin Executive to provide comprehensive administrative support across office management, facilities, and travel coordination. The ideal candidate will be highly organised with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

What you will be working on

Office & Facilities Management - Manage office facilities services and drive improvement initiatives - Build and maintain relationships with building management and contractors, overseeing maintenance contracts - Implement and drive sustainability initiatives and green office practices - Develop and optimise inventory management systems and procurement processes Hotline & Visitors Management - Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors, managing front desk duties and screening incoming calls professionally - Act as initial contact for complainants, providing guidance on proper channels for complaint submission - Handle incoming correspondence and invoices, coordinating with courier services and external vendors Travel Management - Coordinate travel arrangements eg. flights and travel insurance - Process travel-related invoices and monitor service level agreements - Anticipate and address potential travel issues to ensure smooth experiences Project Management - Support administrative or facilities improvement projects, preparing procurement documentation and justifications - Support project tracking and vendor management - Develop business correspondence, management reports and presentations - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines Reporting & Documentation - Compile data and information for ministerial and agency reports - Maintain accurate records of facilities maintenance, travel arrangements, and procurement

What we are looking for

Education & Experience - Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field - Minimum 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience - Experience in government sector preferred Skills & Competencies - Strong organisational and time management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities Personal Attributes - Professional demeanour and service-oriented mindset - Proactive and able to work independently - Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities - Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality

About Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore

The Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (“CCCS”) administers and enforces the Competition Act (Cap. 50B) which empowers CCCS to investigate and adjudicate anti-competitive activities, issue directions to stop and/or prevent anti-competitive activities and impose financial penalties. CCCS is also the administering agency of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (Cap. 52A) or CPFTA which protects consumers against unfair trade practices in Singapore.
