Intern, Marketing and Audience Development
What the role is
What you will be working on
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Catch Social Media Provide a Gen-Z perspective on social media content development.
- Learning Opportunities: Share insights with the Catch team on current trends, preferences, and communication styles relevant to Gen-Z demographics.
- Catch Creator Community Review content created by Catch Creators and evaluate agency-proposed creator onboarding lists.
- Learning Opportunities: Learn about influencer marketing and contribute to shaping the marketing strategy for the Catch Creator Community.
- Catch Weekly Community Management Respond to daily community management interaction reports from the agency.
- Learning Opportunities: Learn about brand representation, understand audience engagement, and develop communication skills.
- Catch Editorials Review and proofread editorials on Mondays.com.
- Learning Opportunities: Develop proofreading skills and learn to create content tailored for general audiences.
- Catch Electronic Direct Mail (eDM) Proofread and review various types of electronic direct mail campaigns.
- Learning Opportunities: Learn proofreading, layout design, and fact-checking skills.
- Social Media: NAC Staff Events Assist with copywriting and photography for posts covering staff events such as Hari Raya celebrations.
- Learning Opportunities: Develop skills in content creation, storytelling, and visual communication.
- Integrated Campaign Management: Support the Responsible Officer in liaising with creative, media, and social media agencies to ensure smooth campaign operations. Includes ongoing social media community management for NAC's corporate website.
- Learning Opportunities: Hands-on experience in conceptualising and implementing marketing projects, understanding audience engagement, and developing effective communication and presentation skills. Key projects include SAW, Arts Philanthropy, Arts X Tech Lab, and CMYAA.
- NAC Website Management Rectify broken links and assist with day-to-day content publishing on the website.
- Learning Opportunities: Gain practical experience in website content management and maintenance.
- NAC Electronic Direct Mail (eDM) Curate content for NAC's monthly newsletter.
- Learning Opportunities: Develop practical experience in stakeholder management and creating digital content calendars aligned with NAC's strategic objectives.
What we are looking for
Students pursuing a degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related fields
Able to commit full-time for 6 months in 2026
Strong desire to learn with professional drive and initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications
Experience with photo and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Procreate, Lightroom)
Knowledge of programming languages (R, Python, VBA) would be advantageous
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
Team player with a passion for the arts preferred
