What the role is

As a member of the HR Operations Department, you will play a key role in ensuring Human Resource (HR) processes are optimised and carried out in compliance with policies and service standards.

What you will be working on

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work in partnership with line departments to ensure timely execution of a spectrum of HR processes including contract extension, emplacement, retirement, re-employment and exit management.

  • Support line departments in the recruitment of casual staff, payroll and claims matters.

  • Review and improve HR processes while leveraging technology and other innovations to achieve operational excellence and enhance stakeholders’ experience.

  • Attend to HR-related queries and requests from internal and external stakeholders.

  • Undertake any other duties as assigned from time to time.

What we are looking for

Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Human Resource.

  • Good communication and written skills to effectively manage diverse stakeholders.

  • Organised, proactive and able to multitask.

  • Meticulous with an eye for detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and under tight timelines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
