You will lead a dynamic team that seeks to improve the lives of low-income households by redesigning service delivery to better meet their needs. ComLink is an example of a new approach that integrates service delivery for low-income households and improves their access to multiple services. In developing and implementing these approaches, we seek to better position these households to achieve stability, self-reliance, and social mobility.

You will be involved in the following areas of work: • Lead a team to identify pain points that low-income households face when accessing government support and community resources in domains such as early childhood, education, and healthcare. This could be through both quantitative and qualitative analysis • Design approaches to address pain points faced by low-income households, in consultation with other agencies and community partners • Conduct research on global best practices in service delivery • Evaluate outcomes

• Strong leadership skills, interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills • Strong communication and writing skills • Strong analytical disposition and skills • Strong sense of initiative and purpose • Creativity and resourcefulness in identifying opportunities to make improvements and in developing solutions • Familiarity with operational environments • Project management skills • Able to work on different projects concurrently • Familiarity with or experience with data analytics will be an added advantage
