[What the role is]
The Health Promotion Board (HPB) is seeking a highly motivated, innovative and dynamic candidate to advance health promotion through the translation of research to practice. The job holder will play an important role in charting the next generation of health promotion by distilling learnings and insights from cutting-edge research, rich data and novel technologies for deployment in nation-scale population platforms.[What you will be working on]
The jobholder will drive and manage high impact projects in priority growth areas by:
Managing end-to-end digital product cycle including ideation, design and implementation of feasibility trials, outcome evaluation and translation into deployable solution at scale
Incorporating behavioural insights in the setup, design, implementation and review of human centric user experiences and products
Working with cross-functional teams comprising subject matter experts, data scientists, deployment teams and practitioners to develop innovative and practicable solutions
Demonstrating value to citizens in developed solution through quantifiable outputs and outcomes, and developing compelling narratives to convince and secure buy-in from internal and external stakeholders

Ability to adopt big picture thinking and distil clarity from complex problems
Ability to make connections across divergent areas and converge into solutioning and problem solving
Familiarity with behavioural insights and design thinking
Comfortable managing complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of intellectual curiosity and openness to new ideas
Ability and willingness to explore and grasp new domain areas quickly
Strong project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage a wide range of audience
Comfortable leading a team or contribute as a team member
Required Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or experience
At least 5 years of practical experience overseeing and/or managing end-to-end projects including stakeholder management
At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or multidisciplinary teams to oversee development and implementation of end-to-end product cycles or multi-year projects
Practical ground experience and proven track record in applying behavioural insights and/or design thinking
Prior experience working in the field of public health, health sciences, research or quantitative domains will be an added bonus
