What the role is
You will be part of HR Division that fosters the holistic development and growth of our teams and people. As the Senior Manager/Assistant Director (Compensation & Benefits), you will be involved in the review of compensation and benefits programs, policies, and frameworks to attract, motivate and retain talents.
What you will be working on
- Develop and implement C&B policies and programs, that are aligned with employer branding and talent strategies.
- Conduct periodic benchmarking analysis and reviews to support the design of C&B policies and programs and ensure they remain market competitive and effective in attracting, motivating and retaining employees.
- Plan and implement the annual performance bonus, increment, starting salaries and other compensation exercises, including formulation of proposals for Senior Leadership and Senior Personnel Board’s approval, simulation of bonus and increment quantum, preparation of communication materials to key stakeholders and working with respective stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payouts.
- Manage the job evaluation framework and exercises.
- Manage the annual budget exercise on staff costs
- Partner key internal stakeholders, such as HR Business Partner, HR Systems & Data, to effectively implement C&B programs and policies and ensure operational processes are in alignment with the policies.
What we are looking for
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits.
- Strong analytical thinking and knowledge in driving compensation analysis and reviews.
- Good knowledge of performance management policies and frameworks
- Good knowledge of HR policies, processes and best practices, statutory legislations and HR systems, preferably Workday
- Ability to work within tight timelines and engage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- This position will be a 2-year contract appointment in the first instance.
