- Sense-make the needs and wants of NSmen at various stages of their lives across generations form - Formulate and execute paths with external stakeholders - Develop unified messaging framework aligned with MINDEF/SAF's strategic reviews Challenge(s) - Balancing diverse stakeholder priorities - Developing effective collaborative processes - Managing time-sensitive deliverables
