What the role is

The Assurance, Care and Engagement Group (ACE), a permanent division under the Ministry of Manpower, improves the well-being of migrant workers by enhancing the healthcare, housing and social aspects of the migrant worker landscape.

What you will be working on

You will lead the Staff Engagement and Development (“SED”) & Customer Experience (“CX”) Branch. Key responsibilities for SED: • Develop, lead and coordinate SED’s work across 1) capability, 2) culture, 3) internal communications, and 4) administrative support • Develop, review and align workplans and proposals related to the 4 pillars. • Oversee delivery of key internal platforms (e.g., onboarding, townhalls, recognition efforts) • Ensure consistency and integration across SED initiatives and officer touchpoints • Monitor and manage team structure, workload and resourcing including budget across functions • Support resolution of operational issues and gaps that affect SED delivery • Represent SED in cross-functional meetings and transformation efforts Key responsibilities for CX: • Oversees service delivery operations and ensures its optimal performance and service excellence.

What we are looking for

• Minimally 8 years of experience in a management / supervisory position • Prior experience working in organizational development, capability development, service delivery, operations, or planning functions will be an added advantage. • Strong people skills to engage stakeholders. • Ability to design and facilitate focus group engagement sessions. • Passionate about service delivery and energetic to inspire the team to push boundaries • Possesses excellent writing and verbal communication skills
