What the role is

The Assistant Manager/Manager, (Process Development, Ops Support), Transit Management, will be part of a team to ensure the effective management and care of Special Pass (SP) holders who are required for investigations and prosecution.

What you will be working on

• Assessing and processing Temporary Job Scheme (TJS) applications and responding to public queries about the scheme and on the management of SP holders. • Manage the review and development of operational processes for the management of SP holders. • Work with IT vendors to develop and enhance systems to improve operational processes. • Develop and execute initiatives and programmes to support development and learning needs of the officers, such as branch learning day. • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate activities and ensure delivery of services to SP holders. • Engage SP holders, ensure their well-being and encourage those eligible to go on employment. • Manage ad hoc projects and initiatives.
