What you will be working on
- Perform scheduled checks and maintenance of IT equipment and update software at designated venues.
- Maintain accurate records of IT equipment and software inventory, repairs, and maintenance schedules. Identify shortages or replacements, manage condemnation processes, and place orders.
- Provide technical support to users on operating IT equipment and software; liaise with stakeholders to resolve IT issues.
- Assist in school system administration and support ICT initiatives, including e-assessment, cybersecurity, network, server, and peripheral maintenance.
- Support the School IT team in ongoing technical duties and projects.
- Participate in committees, project work, and quality improvement initiatives.
What we are looking for
- Diploma in IT.
- At least 2 years related working experience.
- Experience with RPA or Power Automate; programming skills will be an advantage.
- The candidate shall also possess the following:
- Customer-service oriented, motivated, resourceful, responsible and team-player.
- Good diagnostic, problem-solving and time-management skills.
