We are partnering with Government Agencies and key industry stakeholders to revolutionize Singapore's conveyancing industry. Our mission is to transform property transactions by enhancing process transparency and creating an integrated digital platform that serves the entire conveyancing ecosystem. Imagine developing cutting-edge solutions that will benefit property buyers and sellers, legal firms, banks, and property agencies - all while making property transactions more efficient and seamless for everyone involved.
As a Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of this initiative, leading the development of a uniquely Singaporean digital platform that will facilitate thousands of property transactions annually. You'll have the opportunity to connect key stakeholders in a secure ecosystem and drive innovation in this sector. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our digital products not only meet user needs but also continuously evolve to remain relevant and impactful

[What are your responsibilities]
You will be involved in planning and executing the full product lifecycle including the following:
Strategic Vision and Leadership - Develop and articulate a compelling product vision for Singapore's digital conveyancing, align with agency's strategic goals, and partner cross-functional teams to achieve this vision
Product Lifecycle and Delivery - Drive end-to-end product development from discovery to launch, champion Agile practices, develop detailed user stories, and ensure quality through rigorous testing and validation
Stakeholder Research and Market Analysis - Conduct comprehensive research across the conveyancing ecosystem, identify market trends and opportunities, and translate stakeholder insights into strategic product positioning
Strategic Roadmap Development - Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on business impact, stakeholder feedback, and market demands
Continuous Improvement - Lead post-launch improvement through data-driven analysis, identify enhancement opportunities, and drive iterative improvements to improve value and user experience.
