What the role is
What you will be working on
The role requires a technically proficient officer who can engage with vendor/developers on troubleshooting and feature development and write lightweight code to support platform enhancements and automation.
The officer will get a chance to build his/her project management and collaboration skills by working closely with agencies to support their data needs through digital solutions.
What we are looking for
• Possess knowledge or experience in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Accountancy, Actuarial Science and/or subjects with substantial quantitative content (e.g., regression, analytics, modelling, forecasting)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to learn and apply relevant statistical and analytical tools and techniques for data compilation and analysis
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Able to work well both independently and as a member of a team
• Interest in project coordination and exposure to scripting would be an advantage
