Join us as a Counter Triage Officer at Bedok Station and be our ambassador to attend to victims, witnesses and members of the public when they walk through our doors. Your role is to assess their needs, determine the nature of assistance they require from the Police and guide them to the relevant officers or resources. As a Counter Triage Officer, you will play a critical role in connecting people with the assistance they need – often when they are in stressful or vulnerable moments. Whether it is someone reporting a crime, having queries about police processes, or seeking updates about their case under investigation, your professional assistance will make a real impact in their lives. You will be placed under the Management Executive Scheme

You will establish the purpose of their visits and assess the urgency and seriousness of the matter before connecting them to the relevant officers or directing them to the relevant resources. You may also be required to assist or guide members of the public, including lodging of electronic police reports via the self-help kiosk and attending to their enquiries.

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic ambassador who will serve as the first point of contact for visitors to Bedok Police Station. REQUIREMENTS • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to remain calm and professional in emotionally-charged situations • Proficient in English. Fluency in other languages and dialects would be an advantage • Basic computer and data-entry skills • Previous experience in policing, emergency services, customer service, or public service roles will be valuable Short-listed candidates will be notified within two weeks after the closing date of applications.
