What the role is

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR coordinator to join our team to support our talent acquisition and talent management initiatives and efforts.

What you will be working on

Recruitment Operations • Orchestrate end-to-end interview logistics, including candidate interview/ chat scheduling, assessment coordination, and venue/room bookings. • Support the implementation of internship or other recruitment-related programmes/events. • Maintain recruitment data by updating tracking systems with accuracy and timeliness. • Contribute to planning and support for outreach efforts to attract talents. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes Talent Management • Serve as the first point of contact for inter-agency collaboration on talent management initiatives. • Manage and update talent databases while ensuring data integrity, keeping track of talents who are due for posting. • Coordinate stakeholder meetings and provide comprehensive secretariat support in submission and collation of data. • Assist in the execution of talent development programmes. • Propose engagement and related initiatives to increase engagement between talents and leaders. General Administration • Maintain and update various HR databases and systems with high accuracy and timeliness. • Process and file HR-related documents according to established procedures. • Support document preparation and compilation for meetings and presentations. • Coordinate team logistics including meeting schedules, room bookings, and administrative supplies. • Handle general enquiries and correspondence in a professional and timely manner. • Support the team in ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.

Essential Attributes • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail. • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. • Proven track record in managing multiple priorities effectively. • Initiative-taking mindset with a drive for continuous improvement, adapting to a dynamic environment. • Comfortable in operating with ambiguity and incomplete information. Good to have • Interest and passion for HR work and openness to learn • Understanding of public sector HR practices and familiarity with Civil Service policies and processes Experience and Skills • Previous experience in talent acquisition or HR operations • Demonstrated ability in event planning and coordination • Strong project management capabilities • Experience in process improvement initiatives • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Minimum intermediate proficiency in database management and MS Office suite.
