The jobholder is responsible for the following:
Strategy & Plans
• Architect and drive HTX’s digitalisation strategy and transformation roadmap, in alignment with national initiatives and international benchmarks.
• Establish digital standards, track progress, and drive organisational digital maturity through strategic partnerships, annual surveys, and comprehensive reporting.
• Ensure cross-functional coordination, funding, and upskilling efforts to successfully implement digital transformation objectives.
Digital Programmes & Engagement
• Strategise innovative and effective communications and campaigns to drive maximum outreach to nudge stronger digital adoption.
• Strategise and manage regular events that will provide help on digital adoption and raise awareness of the digitalisation efforts.
• Oversee efforts to develop programmes that will raise digital maturity, such as gamification programmes, competitions, playbooks and more.
• Strategise and oversee the development of a community of digitally savvy workforce and power users.
Transformation
• Strategise and execute the overall plan to partner and instil co-build efforts with users to develop useful apps, automated workflows, dashboards, chatbots and more.
• Foster a mindset of self-reliance through the upskilling of the organisation’s workforce into digital champions
Leadership and People Development
• Lead and develop a high-performance team aligned with xDigital objectives.
• Guide and coach the team and ensure regular upskilling to meet evolving digital landscape.
• Foster a culture of learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the team.
