We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive to conduct administrative checks and analyse past and existing Career Trial (CT) programme cases. In this role, the Executive will serve under the Programme Operations (PO) team. You will:
• conduct inquiries through email correspondences, phone calls and on-site visits to jobseekers and companies;
• compile and document responses;
• analyse and provide basic assessment on the information and submitted supporting documents;
• identify potential discrepancies or non-compliance;
• document findings and recommended courses of action based on established guidelines and policies;
• liaise with stakeholders on queries, including claim related matters;
• respond to appeals and feedback by jobseekers or companies;
• support the team with reporting and other administrative matters.
You will work closely with a cross-functional team of grant managers, policy leads, and professional/subject matter experts in a team-based and outcome-driven environment.

Clear communication and writing
• Verbal and business writing communication skills to correspond with jobseekers and companies;
Digital Business Software Proficiency
• Digital documents organisation and compilation skills (using MS Excel, Words, PowerPoint);
Analytical and Logical Thinking
• Clear logic and process thinking skills to analyse potential discrepancies based on existing guidelines;
Collaboration and Liaison
• Cross-functional collaboration skills to liaise with stakeholders from Legal, Audit and external institutions (CAB, Police, MOM);
Problem-solving and Multi-Tasking
• Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills to handle voluminous cases.
What we are looking for
3+ years of professional experience in process-centric operations or administration;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with position and proactive attitude;
Experience in multi-stakeholder environment within a government or quasi government set-up is a plus;
Genuine interest in operational communications, policy adherence and administration clarity.
