What the role is
What you will be working on
Be part of a team that seeks to achieve better outcomes for persons who use social services so that these service users are empowered to live with dignity. Duties include the following:
1. Oversee systems that enable the implementation of service strategies and programmes to meet identified needs and gaps.
- Enhance systems for the reporting and collection of data from programmes, to meet the use cases of funders, programmes and system users;
- Work with users to ensure smooth and secure day-to-day operations for above systems;
- Work with internal partners and external vendors to manage maintenance and upgrades for above systems;
- Partner Government and sector stakeholders to develop innovative and collaborative solutions for programme reporting and data collection;
- Work with Government agencies to empower service users with information to find the support they need.
2. Analyse programme data to derive insights for improving services and outcomes.
- Sense-make overall trends, issues and gaps from data;
- Enable real-time monitoring of key programme data;
- Identify what makes for good programmes and service user experiences and outcomes;
- Provide data-based recommendations for improving existing programmes and starting new prorammes.
3. Support the Services Group and NCSS as and when required.

Experience in the Government or social services sector is advantageous.
