He/she will support the coordination of system-related meetings, training sessions, and User Acceptance tests with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and assist in the tracking and follow-up of project milestones and action items.
He/she will support the team in ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks, including but not limited to the migration of learning assets, documentation, and file organisation to facilitate effective system implementation and knowledge management. He/she will also support the iLTMS workgroup in other tasks to optimise organisations’ and learners’ experience and transition to the new system, such as but not limited to the preparation of iLTMS user guides, video guides, FAQs.
To support a longer-term transition and optimisation process, he/she will continue to be involved in post-implementation refinement, capacity building, and continuous improvement efforts to maximise the iLTMS’s potential for both internal users and learners.
This includes activities such as: reviewing feedback from end users to identify and resolve system pain points, updating and maintaining learner and admin user manuals, monitoring system analytics to identify improvement areas, and coordinating periodic reviews of digital learning assets to ensure continued relevance and quality.
