You provide human resource (HR), logistics and finance administrative support to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency within the unit.

- Plan and execute HR administration - Manage logistics and finance operations - Review work processes to be in sync with prevailing rules - Maintain competency frameworks and knowledge management Challenge(s) - Keeping updated with MINDEF/SAF guidelines and directives

- Education in Human Resource Management, Logistics or Finance - At least 2 years of HR experience, with knowledge on logistics and finance is preferred - Good analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills - Competency in SAP and HR Information systems - Strong stakeholder engagement skills - Ability to work under pressure - Must be adaptable and quick to learn (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
