You represent the National Day Parade Executive Committee (NDP EXCO) in managing copyright license permits and developing sustainable standard operating procedures (SOP) for the management of copyright matters amidst the evolving legal and regulatory landscape, while advising the NDP EXCO team on typical processes and supporting VIP management.

What you will be working on
- Manage music rights and copyright licenses

- Coordinate cybersecurity and risk management
- Support VIP invitation and management
- Liaise with partner agencies
- Create incident response protocols

What we are looking for
- Knowledge and/or experience in organising large-scale events
- Experience on intellectual property, copyright management or VIP management is advantageous
- Ability to translate plans into tangible outcomes, and capacity to manage competing demands
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
