- Education in Mass Communications or Social Sciences - At least 15 years of working experience in conceptualising engagement plans and developing engagement campaigns or programmes - Adept at networking and partnership management - Network of contacts in other ministries, public relations industry and media is advantageous - Strong leadership qualities - Good command of both spoken and written English - Excellent interpersonal skills Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
