What the role is
What you will be working on
- Administer and enforce the maintenance and IWF contractual clauses
- Monitor and track the performance of the contractors and ensure that they conform to the scope and terms of the contracts
- Report performance of contractors to the contract managers and operations managers of the cybersecurity systems
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of the purchase request and purchase order documents, for maintenance services in accordance to the contracts
- Facilitate contractual transactions
- Liaise with DSTA (system and contract manager) and finance team on contractual, budget and payment issues

- Being familiar with the work instructions and processes for cybersecurity system maintenance
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years experience in contract management/administration/execution is preferred
- Knowledge of finance governance processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and adaptable
