What the role is

You manage and supervise day-to-day operations by proactively providing efficient and effective human resource administration services to tenant units in the Army camps.

What you will be working on

- Oversee front desk services and enquiries - Manage leave administration - Handle e-Registry and document filing - Process system access requests - Coordinate despatch services - Maintain electronic HR records - Compile statistics for reporting purposes - Support unit manpower officers - Provide guidance, training and performance management for the team of executives Challenge(s) - Staying current with HR policies and directives - Maintaining competency and knowledge management

What we are looking for

- Experience in HR administration is preferred - Competency in SAP and HR Information systems - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Proven leadership and decision-making abilities Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
