What the role is

You play a pivotal role in shaping and sustaining the SAF’s Strategic Communications training and doctrine.

What you will be working on

- Lead the effort to codify operational communications frameworks - Ensure training relevance - Drive doctrinal audits and evaluations - Capture operational insights - Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain coherence, relevance and learning continuity across communications related operations and exercises Challenge(s) - Working in an evolving information landscape and amidst shifting geopolitical developments - Synthesising insights into clear, actionable doctrines - Maintaining macro view of MINDEF/SAF's policies and objectives - Developing professional linkages across agencies

What we are looking for

- Education in Communications, Social Sciences, Training and Education, or relevant fields - At least 6 years of relevant experience in these fields - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Understanding of strategic communications, geopolitical awareness and ability to analyse complex situations Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
