What the role is
What you will be working on
Your responsibilities include:
Champion innovation and digitalisation initiatives that support ITE-level transformation.
Lead and drive digitalisation efforts across ITE, including the collation and reporting of KPIs, and managing the tender process, project management, budgeting.
Lead and drive for the development, deployment, and maintenance of in-house applications and services.
Propose, curate and implement innovative use-cases of Gen AI
Lead the data team to support ITE-wide initiatives leveraging data analytics and artificial intelligence.
Drive the use of data to generate actionable insights for data-driven decision making.
Support the execution of ITE’s AI and Generative AI strategy, identify opportunities for AI adoption, and oversee pilot implementations.
Undertake other responsibilities as assigned to support digitalisation effort in ITE.
What we are looking for
Proven experience in leading large-scale IT and digital transformation projects, preferably in public sector or education.
Strong understanding of digital strategy, data governance, and emerging technologies.
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and end-users.
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, tender management, and vendor coordination.
Familiarity with technologies such as cloud computing, API strategies, microservices, agile methodologies, and data platforms.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Suitable credentials in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
