What you will be working on
• Conduct statistical analysis of HR data

• Establish data governance frameworks
• Lead organisation health reporting

What we are looking for
• Minimum 5 years in HR analytics or data science
• Strong programming skills (R, Python, SQL)
• Experience with statistical analysis
• Knowledge of data governance principles
