What the role is
What you will be working on
• Develop and review HR policies across employment lifecycle (e.g. appointments, movements, exit)
• Partner with PSD on whole-of-government HR policy alignment
• Establish policy governance frameworks and review mechanisms
• Provide expert interpretation and stakeholder communications
• Lead policy implementation and change management
• Conduct policy impact assessments
What we are looking for
• Minimum 5 years of HR policy experience
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Proven stakeholder management experience
• Knowledge of public service HR frameworks
