What the role is
Develop career development initiatives that enhance employee growth, mobility and retention, as well as drive the implementation plans and systems to support these initiatives.
What you will be working on
• Design and implement career planning frameworks and pathways for all staff levels
• Partner stakeholders to identify competencies for job functions to drive Competency Driven Growth
• Track MOM career health trends through workforce analytics, metrics and feedback.
• Collaborate with external partners to create career opportunities
• Develop career development toolkits and resources for officers and leverage tech solutions to drive career growth initiatives.
• Drive communications plan on career health initiatives
• Pilot career development approaches for potential national rollout
What we are looking for
• Minimum 5 years experience in career development or talent management.
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation and data analytics skills
• Strong understanding of public service career frameworks
• Knowledge of career development theories and best practices
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
