Drive ministry-level workforce planning and optimisation while ensuring alignment with organisational transformation goals.

• Develop long-term workforce projections and plans • Conduct manpower supply-demand analysis • Perform scenario planning for future workforce needs • Manage establishment reviews and staffing structures • Lead job design and role optimisation initiatives • Coordinate with Finance and Strategy Planning teams on resource planning • Oversee manpower reporting and analytics

• Minimum 5 years in workforce planning • Strong quantitative and analytical skills • Experience with manpower modelling • Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies
