Estate Executive (CPD/EPSS)

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Car Parks Department team as an Estate Executive. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that HDB parking systems are effectively implemented and maintained to provide motorist a seamless and safe driving experience. Key responsibilities of an Estate Executive in the Car Park Department include: • Plan and oversee the implementation and maintenance of HDB parking systems to enhance the overall parking experience. • Collaborate with internal car park teams, appointed Service Providers, and stakeholders to ensure effective installation and implementation of parking systems. • Participate in process reviews and trial of new technologies to improve car park operations. • Perform site works is necessary to support the implementation and maintenance of parking systems in car parks.

You should possess: • Passion for delivering an exceptional parking experience for motorists, • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, • Relevant experience in project management and technical knowledge in systems is an advantage.
