What you will be working on
The Accounts Payable unit is responsible for supporting the payments deliverables of FSSC with timely and accurate processing of all payments, in particular invoices submitted by vendors.
Key Responsibilities
• Process assigned vendor e-invoices, e-credit memos and e-claims accurately and within stipulated timelines
• Handle assigned hardcopy invoices, credit memos and claims received through the central Accounts Payable (AP) mailbox
• Ensure consistent and correct application of G/L account codes in line with guidelines
• Liaise with vendors, internal stakeholders, and approving authorities to validate supporting documents and certify invoices for payment
• Perform post-payment analytics, exception reviews, and investigations to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
• Review and analyse reports and datasets to support automation initiatives and process improvement projects
• Provide key inputs on system architecture design and functional enhancements related to AP processes
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (e.g., volume of pending invoices, processing turnaround time) to ensure service standards are met
• Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for vendors on AP-related matters, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of queries
What we are looking for
a) Experiences & Qualifications
• Qualifications in Accounting or Finance will be an advantage
• Prior experience in an Accounts Payable role preferred
• Hands-on experience with SAP will be an advantage
• Experience working in a shared services or centralised finance environment will be an advantage.

• Independent, self-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision
• Comfortable leveraging technology and digital tools to enhance work efficiency and process improvement
