What the role is
The incumbent's job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
What you will be working on
• Managing smart meter alerts generated from Meter Data Management System, which includes issuing/tracking of field orders and ensuring contractor meets the specified Service Level Agreement
• Managing the smart meter Operation & Maintenance contract
• Develop, review, and refine Standard Operating Procedures
• Finetuning of smart meter alerts algorithms
• Digitalise the works processes
• Manage IT tender processes, including budgeting, creating process maps to translate business requirements into product features, user acceptance testing (UAT), etc. for management of metering works fields orders
• Administer contracts, including monitoring budgets and processing payments for completed works.
• Review and automate work process using digital tools and data to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
What we are looking for
A Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil/ Environmental Engineering degree, preferably with the following skills:
1) Have a strong foundational background in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, etc.
2) Proficient in Python/R. Having knowledge or experience in SQL would be good.
3) Experience working with data visualization software, specifically QlikSense.
