a. Candidates should possess at least a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline: Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Operations Research or related disciplines.
b. Candidates must be good problem solvers with strong analytical and mathematical skills. Background in operations research, particularly knowledge in linear programming, mixed integer programming, constraint programming, evolutionary algorithm, heuristic search, statistics and data analysis is required.
c. Familiarity in mathematical programming tools such as IBM Cplex, Gurobi, OR-Tools is advantageous.
d. Experience in SQL or handling of data (merging data and data transformation) or user interface development and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java and C/C++/C# is advantageous.
