As a Senior Executive/ Manager/ Senior Manager, New Campus, in the Infrastructure and Facility Services Division, you will be part of a dynamic team that manages MOE’s school building projects.

• Conduct site suitability and feasibility studies for school development, review existing school designs and propose innovative and cost-effective solutions for future educational facilities • Evaluate consultants’ design proposals to ensure adherence to MOE’s operational requirements and fulfilment of maintainability needs • Manage the procurement of construction services and administration of construction contracts • Enhance partnership with schools and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality building projects and services • Collaborate with development project and contracts teams to review project management processes, including developing SOPs, facilitating knowledge transfer, and implementing best practices We welcome individuals with or without work experience to apply for the position.

• Relevant training and/ or background in the areas of architecture, building, real estate or engineering • Good knowledge of contract management and understanding of the building industry and building regulations would be an advantage • Strong collaborative, communication, interpersonal and project management skills In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
