What the role is
What you will be working on
We are seeking a conscientious individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various contractual and administrative processes to ensure smooth operations and compliance with procurement procedures.
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Process and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained
• Handle payment process, including verification of invoices, tracking payment status, and liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Manage the procurement process for minor development works through Invitation to Quote (ITQ) exercises and term contracts
• Maintain comprehensive records of all contractual documentation and procurement activities
• Review and validate quotations, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and guidelines
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments to facilitate smooth contract administration
What we are looking for
• Experience with government procurement procedures and contract management principles
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Shortlisted candidates will be notified. Successful candidate will be hired on a 11-month employment contract.
