What the role is

As the Digital Partnership Operations & Integration Manager, you will drive the successful onboarding, integration, and ongoing management of strategic digital partnerships across our platforms - such as MyCareersFuture for job listings, CareersCompass by MyCareersFuture for content syndication, and digital event collaboration. You’ll play a critical role in co-developing career-focused products and content with partners, ensuring seamless integration with our user journeys and alignment with our Career Health framework. This is a cross-functional role that combines co-creation of digital marketing products with digital platforms, public and private organisations, IHLs, and content creators, syndication of content with partners, onboarding, day-to-day operations, content development, and ensuring partner products fit with our career health goals and user experience.

What you will be working on

1. Partnership Onboarding & Product Integration  Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (product, UX, marketing) and external partners.  Lead the end-to-end onboarding and technical integration of partner services into digital platforms.  Utilise API integration and digital architecture expertise to ensure smooth, reliable product incorporation between internal product owners and partners. 2. Operational Excellence  Oversee daily partnership operations, focusing on service reliability and KPI achievement.  Troubleshoot issues, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution between internal and external teams.  Identify opportunities to improve offerings and deepen impact of the Career Health message.  Optimise processes for efficiency, scalability, and partner satisfaction. 3. Content Strategy & Co-Creation  Co-develop and syndicate career-related content with partners, applying skills in editorial planning, messaging alignment, and content marketing.  Ensure content is user-centric, platform-appropriate, and aligned with career development messaging.  Shape tone and format to suit platform capabilities and user preferences. 4. Integration Management & Digital Platform Optimisation  Understand UX and ability to assess product fit to ensure all partner experiences can enhance the user journey and meet career health outcomes.  Collaborate with product teams to shape partner offerings that are intuitive and value-adding.  Design and optimise integration workflows for stability and scalability. 5. Data Analytics & Continuous Improvement  Collect, analyse, and act on data from operations, user engagement, and platform performance.  Use insights to drive iterative improvements in partner product fit, content effectiveness, and user satisfaction.  Report performance metrics and recommend strategic enhancements.

What we are looking for

 >3 years of experience in partnerships operations.  Proven track record managing integrations and cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders.  Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and initiatives simultaneously.  Excellent communication, teamwork and stakeholder management abilities.  Familiarity with API integrations, and/ or digital product ecosystems is a plus.  Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
