What you will be working on

ActiveSG aims to be the national movement for sport with an aspiration to be the largest sports club in Singapore, thus it is critical for us to understand and deliver the strategy both to attract members to come on board and to retain them. V2030R seeks to bring Sport as Strategy to bear through a strategy of partnerships to grow mindshare, thus the ability to grow collaborations is a key success factor. Role and Responsibilities: • To assist in the implementation of customer engagement initiatives • To support the execution of customer engagement activities • To collect, collate and organise customer feedback • To assist in coordinating engagements with stakeholders • To support the execution of events/projects with sports centres • To provide administrative support for partnership activities • To assist in the implementation of membership recruitment activities • To execute outreach programmes • To operate the MyActiveSG+ platform • To provide administrative support for corporate membership processes • To collect and organise membership data • To support the implementation of retention and reward programmes • To assist in reward redemptions • To assist in coordinating with partners for rewards initiatives • To maintain reward programme database and updated records of product offerings • To coordinate product rollouts • To distribute product information to members • To gather feedback on product offerings

What we are looking for

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: • At least 2 years of working experience with vendors and/or users • Experience in membership recruitment and experience, customer experience design will be an advantage. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Good project management skills • Excellent team player • An eye for details • Able to multi-task and work under pressure • Outgoing and enjoy playing sports The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 2/3-year contract in the first instance. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
