We are seeking a dynamic team player to develop and implement workplace strategies related to sustainability, space allocation, corporate services processes, business continuity planning and also organise employee appreciation events.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to workplace experience • Develop, maintain and execute workplace policies related to flexible work, space planning, sustainability, employee appreciation initiatives, and service delivery of corporate services. • Lead and transform corporate processes and operations with use of digital and AI tools. • Engage and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery • Plan and organise appreciation events whilst providing operational and logistical support for division-level programmes and activities. • Develop and maintain organisation’s business continuity plans to ensure operational resilience

• At least 4-6 years of supervisory experience (For Assistant Director) • Strong track record in operations management, process improvement, and sustainability practices. • Have experience in implementing digital solutions and managing projects • Proven ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills The individual should possess the following attributes • Strong adaptability and openness to embrace new technologies • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Clear and effective communication skills • Collaborative mindset and strong team leadership abilities • Passion for sustainability and workplace innovation Please note that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
