NYC is seeking out dynamic individuals to assist on various projects that contribute to building Singapore’s Network of Networks (NoN) - an innovative ecosystem connecting youth and partners nationwide to build a Singapore that we are all proud to call home. You will help transform the systems that support youth engagement by the government and its partners so that young Singaporeans can be heard, lead change and in doing so, strengthen their commitment to Singapore’s future. You will be part of a team responsible for: • Facilitating the envisioning of what success looks like for the NoN in service of the following stakeholders: • Singapore’s youths; and • Key partners integral in providing opportunities to Singapore’s youths and engaging with them. • Designing internal capability development to effectively forge partnerships with public and private stakeholders. • Researching on international best practices related to youth engagement. • Innovate strategies and develop data-driven solutions that create lasting connections between youth and partners (internal and external). Through behavioural research, systems and designs thinking and strategic partnerships, you will help build meaningful relationships that empower young Singaporeans to lead and contribute to our nation’s future.

What you will be working on

As Assistant Manager/ Manager (Special Projects), you will be responsible for growing NYC’s Network of Networks capabilities: i. Support building and management of strategic partnerships across public and private sectors. This includes co-ordinating across various units in NYC on the requests for identified partners, assisting in setting up meetings with said partners and following up with partners and NYC units post meetings where necessary. ii. Assist in the co-ordination and development of innovative youth engagement approaches through human-centred design, creating frameworks and solutions that strengthen youth commitment to Singapore. iii. Support development of evidence-based age-specific initiatives while measuring impact through comprehensive evaluation frameworks.

What we are looking for

• Relevant experience in youth engagement, programme development, stakeholder management and partnership building would be beneficial • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Experience in social sector preferred
