Executive (6-month Temporary Position)

• Assist in conducting space audit for the space utilisation exercise. • Assist in conducting rectification and close audit observations. • Coordinates with FM vendors on scope for rectification works, obtain and verify quotations. • Obtain and verify quotations and manage minor A&A projects and any purchases under SVP. • To organise documents in the filing room and arrange to archive old document for safe-keeping or disposal. • Assist in ITQ specification, requirements and evaluation of ITQ submissions. • Any other assignments/projects assign.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English. • Basic computer skills, e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, and other common office software. • Ability to walk around campus to conduct audits on spaces and facilities
