What the role is

HSA is seeking a Legal/ Prosecuting Counsel with 3 years of relevant experience to join our legal team.

What you will be working on

- Assess investigation papers for evidential sufficiency and make prosecutorial recommendations - Conduct prosecutions on behalf of the HSA - Render legal advice on regulatory matters and public law to the four Professional Groups in HSA - Work with colleagues from other departments to formulate regulatory policy

What we are looking for

- At least 3 years PQE with relevant experience in prosecutorial and advisory work - Ideally with some trial experience and able to assist with trials upon joining and with training
