We are looking for a motivated and driven individual who enjoys working in a collaborative and dynamic environment to be part of the Risk Management team within the Ops Planning Team, under the Transformation Division at ECDA. You will be involved in developing and implementing robust internal control frameworks and compliance monitoring strategies for preschool subsidy schemes. Through data analytics and systematic review processes, you will strengthen risk management practices and enhance fraud detection capabilities. You will work closely with various stakeholders including auditors, preschool operators, and internal teams to ensure accurate subsidy disbursement while maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance. Risk Management & Compliance • Develop and strengthen internal control frameworks and risk management strategies for preschool subsidy administration • Design and implement compliance monitoring programmes to ensure adherence to subsidy policies in light of new digital processes • Leverage data analytics to enhance fraud detection and risk assessment capabilities • Review and validate audit findings, coordinating resolution of complex cases with relevant stakeholders • Drive process improvements to strengthen controls and enhance operational efficiency Stakeholder Management & Capability Building • Develop strategies to enhance sector capabilities in subsidy administration and compliance • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to address audit queries and resolve compliance issues • Coordinate with auditors and preschool operators to ensure thorough documentation and timely resolution • Build strong working relationships with various divisions to align risk management practices

• Risk Management & Compliance: Strong background in audit compliance and risk management for grant administration or similar field • Data Analytics & Insights: Ability to leverage data analytics tools to detect anomalies, analyse trends and generate actionable insights • Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating complex audit resolution processes • Process Excellence: Demonstrated ability to review and enhance control frameworks and compliance monitoring systems
