We are looking for a motivated and driven person who enjoys working in a collaborative and dynamic environment to be part of the Ops Planning team within Ops Policy Team, under the Transformation Division in the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA). You will be involved in the review of preschool subsidies operational frameworks and processes and identifying opportunities for enhancement. You may need to conduct thorough process mapping and analysis, working closely with various stakeholders to understand operational challenges and develop practical solutions. Through end-to-end digitalisation projects, you may support the requirements, document processes, and collaborate with vendors to implement technical solutions that improve operational efficiency. You may also be involved in driving change management initiatives, including developing implementation roadmaps and communication plans, as well as ensuring smooth transition for users as they adopt new processes or digital solutions. Operations Planning • Develop and review preschool subsidies operational frameworks, policies and standard operating procedures to enhance service delivery effectiveness • Monitor operational performance and develop practical solutions to address service gaps • Support the development of division's work plans and resource planning to meet operational needs • Coordinate with stakeholders to align operational strategies with ECDA's objectives Process Excellence & Review • Process mapping and analysis exercises to identify areas for improvement in subsidy disbursement processes • Review existing system logic and workflows to recommend practical enhancements • Develop and track key performance indicators to measure operational effectiveness • Prepare analytical reports with recommendations for process improvements • Work with stakeholders to implement and sustain process improvements
