Project title: Policy Research to Support Senior Employment The Workplace Policy and Strategy Division (WPSD) in MOM develops policies covering a wide spectrum of issues to address the needs of the changing workforce and foster a more inclusive workplace. The intern will be involved in conducting research on the senior employment landscape internationally, recommending innovative strategies that can be applied in the Singapore context, and working closely with key stakeholders to develop policies to support senior employment.

1. Conduct desktop research on age-friendly jobs and workplace practices, assess and recommend relevant learning points to inform the development of policies to support senior employment 2. Support the planning and development of senior employment policies and strategies, which include liaising with key stakeholders (e.g. employers, unions, government agencies)
